Bluetooth earbuds connecting to another iPhone

why all of a sudden are my bluetooth earbuds connecting to my husbands iphone? i had never connected to it before. so frustrating!!!


My Bluetooth earbuds will pick up my husbands iPhone and vice versa. It used to not happen.

It would be unusual to almost impossible for them to pair to another iPhone by themselves. They have to be in pairing mode and your husband would have to accept them in Bluetooth Settings on his iPhone.

I don't know what to suggest to you. You are the only person I've seen come on this forum and suggest their earbuds, which aren't AirPods, somehow connected by themselves to another phone. I simply cannot imagine how that could happen.
