The Photos folder has been totally rearranged in the upgrade. I’ve managed to get them back into a manageable order but the recently deleted folder is nowhere to be found. I saw somewhere that it’s now moved to ‘Utilities’, but where is that?
I’m not the only one who is unhappy with the complete format change in photos!

The Recently Deleted folder should be in your Utilities drop down menu in the Photos app. Keep in mind, if you do not have any photos or videos in the Recently Deleted folder, it will not show up.

In the top left of your Photos app, there should be an icon that looks like this. When you click on that it will bring a drop down menu.
