Keyboard and screen issues on new Mac mini

Well I have bought the new magic keyboard yesterday and I find the keyboard doesn't work when I unlock my macmini M4. The keys like "O", "P", "K", "L", "9", "0" do not work when I press them but other keys can work. So I choose to return it today.

Maybe Mouse Keys is turned on. That will make certain keys not work.

Pressing the Option key five times will turn it on or off.
