HomePod mini connected to AppleTV not connecting to iPhone.

I have two AppleTVs each has 2 HomePod Minis connected and use them as the AppleTV Audio output. This has been working as expected for a couple of years now with only minor issues.

Recently, when I ask Siri to add something to my grocery list, for example, she says she cannot connect to my iPhone, please check that your iPhone is on the same WiFi network (verified that It is).

However, When I look at my network router, The HomePods do not show up any more (they use to) on my WiFi network. Instead there are additional devices on my ethernet (hard line) network where the MAC addresses matches the MAC addresses of the HomePod minis wifi Mac addresses except for 2 digits. If this was for one HomePod I would think it is a coincidence, However all four HomePods show up the exact same way.

When I look at the HomePods config via the Home app, they still show that they are connected to my wifi network, as expected.

I suspect that because they are being used as the Audio output and paired for My Apple TVs, they are somehow using the AppleTV (vi Bluetooth?) as the connection to the ethernet network. My Apple TVs are connected via an ethernet (hard wire) to my home network. The homePods can only connect via WiFi, obviously but use BT to connect to the AppleTVs.

I have two additional HomePods around my house that are not connected to an Apple TV that show up on router as connected to my wifi network and work as expected.

My home network has the ethernet network as the primary network and my wifi is setup as a vlan.

Basically, how do I get my HomePods to see my iPhone again. (I have MDNS enabled)

TIA.
