Why does my iPhone 11 touchscreen stop working randomly?

Does anyone know why my touch screen randomly stops working. My phone could be fully charged, almost dead, have one app open or every app open, it doesn’t matter. it doesn’t happen everyday, but randomly the screen will not let you tap on certain things. Like for example I just watched a YouTube video, went to the comments and tapped on a timestamp on the video and boom my touch stopped working. Not on my whole screen, I could still pause and play the video, turn captions on and off, ect but it wouldn’t let me double tap to fast forward or reverse. Was like I wasn’t even touching the screen. Every time I tried it didn’t do anything. I exited out of YouTube, went right back to the same video and tapped on the timestamp again to see if it would do that again and nope, everything worked just fine. Another example I’ll be scrolling through Facebook and just randomly it won’t let me scroll anymore. Will let me tap on stuff but it won’t scroll up or down, I’ll exit out of the app and go back to it and it works just fine, don’t even have to close/restart the app just go home and go back and it works again. It never does it when I’m texting or anything, just randomly when I’m using any app. Has happened on tinder before too, I’m swiping left and right and then boom it just won’t recognize I’m swiping, go home and go right back to tinder and it starts working again without restarting my phone or the app. Ive read a bunch of stuff online but no one I’ve read about is having the exact same issue as me and it’s getting to be very frustrating. I’ve restarted my phone, let it die and charged it, ive checked for updates, I’ve even punched it. I’ve done everything and it still keeps happening. Can anyone help?

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch, then tap Haptic Touch or 3D & Haptic Touch. Choose the touch duration—Fast or Slow. On an iPhone with 3D Touch, you can also choose the pressure needed—Light, Medium, or Firm. Test your new settings on the image at the bottom of the screen.
