Silo series too dark - refund me

The Apple TV+ series, The Silo, is so dark. It’s worthless to even try to watch it. I have a very high-quality HDTV and even sitting in a dark room I might as well be listening to audio rather than watching the TV series. I’ve also tried watching it on my iPhone with full battery and full screen brightness, and it’s still futile. I subscribed to Apple TV+ specifically for this series. I wish I could get a refund. Apple should review what they’re selling before they sell it. The cinematographers of the series should take a look at artistic lighting versus impossibility of watching what could otherwise be an excellent series.

Turn off FilmMaker mode on your TV. If you are unable to find the setting on your TV, update with the model number and I may be able to direct you to the location. TV's now are set by default to use FilmMaker mode and even in your manual it will likely say the using FilmMaker mode will make shows appear dark. You will see a dramatic difference with this turned off. Watching it on your iPhone will not do the series justice.

If you just subscribed to Apple TV+ to watch Silo, it would have come with at least a 7 day free trial if you had not previously used a trial for the service. If you are within the trial period, just cancel and you will not be charged.
