Apple Watch activation lock with no receipt

I got an apple watch that was gifted by my grandpa years ago. My old iphone is not working anymore and I got a new phone with a new iCloud.

I tried to pair the watch to the new iphone but it has an activation lock. I got no receipts of the watch for the activation lock be removed by apple.

Please help me
