Please post a photo showing the blur. The two cause of blur are subject movement and camera movement. If the shutter speed is too slow, photos may appear very blurry because both camera and subject were moving.

A tripod will eliminate camera movement, but does nothing for subject movement. Only a faster shutter speed will stop the movement of a fast moving subject.

You get a faster shutter speed by increasing your ISO. Apple Camera app does not feature manual change of shutter speeds or ISO. If sharp images of moving subjects are a priority for you, please consider using an app with manual camera controls.

If you're capturing fast-moving objects with your iPhone, maintaining a steady hand is crucial for clear and sharp results. Any shaking or movement while recording can cause blurriness, especially when dealing with high-speed subjects. If you find it challenging to keep your iPhone steady, consider using a handheld stabilizer or gimbal. These tools help reduce hand vibrations and provide smoother footage, enabling you to capture motion more effectively.

However, it's important to manage your expectations. While iPhones have advanced cameras with impressive features like motion tracking and optical image stabilization, they cannot fully replicate the performance of a DSLR. DSLR cameras are equipped with larger sensors, superior optics, and advanced settings designed specifically for high-speed photography and videography. Therefore, expecting DSLR-quality results from a smartphone, particularly in demanding scenarios, might be unrealistic.

That said, with the right techniques and tools, iPhones can still produce remarkable results for everyday use.

Actually i am not saying fastest moving items ,i am telling you, of you see some man jogging or dog is running not fast if not you can try shake your hand or leg slowly and take a photo, but iPhone camera quality is very poor than other phones,i have already test with bursts mode it also very poor and blurry,

i agree with you regarding fast moving items unable to capture iPhone ony can record as a action mode video option.

and iPhone doesn’t have cyber shot option as well like sony phones.

any way iPhone need to improve the camera quality more than this because we ara unble to capture slow motion objects as well as quality.
