iPhone 8 system haptic not working in silent mode

I am an iPhone 8 user or the system haptic is not working properly in my iPhone but when I press the home button there is haptic feel but when i switch to silent mode or ringmode there is no haptic feel even on ringtone haptic doesn’t work.

How can I completely disable Haptics on iPhone 15? On my iPhone in Sounds and Haptics in System Settings, under the heading "System Sounds and Haptics," I've got "System Haptics" switch turned to off, but there is still a vibration when I switch the phone to silent mode.
