iPadOS 18.2.1 (10th Generation iPad) Unable to Hold a Facetime Call

My iPad 10th gen is fully up to date on software, and I cannot maintain a Facetime call. It will connect to an FT call. However, it will eventually drop the call, sometimes after a few minutes and sometimes after 30+ minutes. This occurs whether I am utilizing my Verizon data plan or using wi-fi. When the call begins disconnecting, it will freeze and then show the "connection unstable" screen and eventually will disconnect completely. This happens with anyone I FT, not just one individual.

Things I have tried to fix the problem:

  • Restarting it.
  • Uninstalling the FT app and reinstalling it.
  • Getting a new wi-fi modem/ plan.
  • Canceling the data plan and then re-establishing a new data plan.
  • Replacing the eSim.
  • Replacing the physical SIM card.
  • Using my warranty through Verizon to get a new iPad, same generation.
  • Replacing the replacement iPad's eSim and physical sim card.

I feel like I've done everything but put it in rice at this point, any new suggestions?
