External SSDs and monitors randomly disconnecting from MacBook Pro

Two SSD external hard drives (Kingston xs 2000 ) are connected directly to my MacBook via usb-c, as well as two monitors. One display is connected via HDMI on the MacBook, and the second one is connected through a USB hub connected to usb-c.

The laptop is powered via a cord.

Sometimes, the drives and monitors disconnect for a second, which is very annoying. What could be the reason? What logs should I check or write to identify the cause?
