imovie wants full access:

I had a work around. I turned off internet. Allowed full permission. Made my video. Turned off full permission. Turned Internet back on. I then worked with apple support person. I gave her access to see my screen. I followed her instructions. Now my work around does not work. Now using a Linux based video editor and put purchase of new apple products on hold. If an update fixes it I may come back. It is simpler to use than iMovie but less powerful. I suppose I will get faster at using linux as I learn the workflow. I did try another work around but even though it showed everything in the time line, When I made the video the voice and music track played fine but it just kept repeating the same frame for the entire movie. Oh well, "All good things come to an end"🤣
