locating downloads on my iphone
I download files but they do not appear in my files

Hello, it depends on the browser you use to download the file and also it depends on the type of file downloaded.
To find downloaded files on an iPhone, you can open the Files app and navigate to the Downloads folder:
- Open the Files app
- Tap Browse
- Tap iCloud Drive
- Tap the Downloads folder
If you don't see the Files app on your home screen, you can swipe down from the center of the home screen and search for it. You can also download the Files app from the App Store if it's not available.
You can also find downloaded files in other apps on your iPhone:
- Photos: Downloaded photos should appear in the Photos app
- Music: Downloaded music can be found in the Music app under Library > Downloaded
- Safari: You can find downloaded files in Safari by tapping the Page Settings button, then Downloads
You can also view your available storage in the Settings app under General > iPhone Storage
