I can't hear playback in GarageBand

I have gone to settings, changed the input and output from my rode system (I could hear nothing on it) to MacBook and tried to play it there. nothing. I can see it has recorded. When I playback, I can see the sound waves move....so I know the system is recognising that there is sound.

Yes I have made sure the volume is switched up to the top.

Any GarageBand experts here?

There is surely a button I need to toggle or something?

Help...please!

GarageBand not picking up audio All of a sudden GarageBand won’t pick up any audio. In the mac settings it will pick up both my usb mic and the internal mic fine however, in GarageBand it won’t pick up either. It was picking up both last week and working fine but it’s suddenly stopped today. I use it regularly and never had a problem before. I have tried/checked: restarting both the MacBook and garageband unplugging - re plugging in the mic etc. The privacy settings are correct the input settings are correct The latest versions are running Any help/insight would be great thanks!

MacOS Ventura Garageband I have updated my Mac yesterday to OS Ventura. And after reading and looking to its features, It seems that I can't open my garageband. It says "updating information about audio unit plugins", and looking through force quit it says that garageband is not responding. They must look into this, especially for musician & producers like us. Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks in advance!
