My iPhone’s battery health 1%decreases every 4 cycles . No matter time . 1% battery health lasts only 1 or 2 weeks . Do I need battery replacement ? I think the battery has become faulty . 91% health as of now . Even if I care my phone very much I cant stop this . I literally stopped gaming and my friends are getting angry why I dont play with them

No short term analysis of your battery health is going to give you any answer. What matters is the average over many months. For example, a 1% drop on average per month is expected and since you are showing 91% battery health, then anything over 9 months of use is better than average. Some months won't drop at all and other months will drop more. Once it drops below 80%, then you will need to replace the battery.
Contact Apple Support, they can run remote diagnostics if you use the Apple Support app on your phone (get it from the App Store if your Phone doesn’t have it).
