Can't accept invitations on Calendar on iPhone

Hi, this has been going on for more than a year and I tried everything. I simply can’t accept or decline appointment invites on my iPhone 15 received via Mail. The event can only be deleted after added to iCal.

However I can do everything on my MacBook Air. And only there…

iOS is up to date, Account deleted and re-installed. What else can I try?

Cannot accept calendar invitations on iPhone Following the last iOS update I can no longer accept calendar invitations on my iPhone. I get an invitation by email which is correctly entered into my diary but there are no “accept, reject, maybe” options available (as there previously had been). When I view calendar on my Mac these options are available for the same calendar event. This is an issue others have had but as far as I can find there has been no solution offered other than a description of how it should (and previously did) work. Anybody know how to fix this iPhone specific issue?

Calendar Invitation Issues After ios17 After upgrading to ios17, I am having two issues whenever I accept a calendar invitation on my iPhone. First, I send dozens of "accepted" messages to the organizer (every 15 minutes). Second, I send a new invitation to all participants on the invite for a new event with the same title as the invitation I just accepted that is scheduled for 15 minutes into the future. This only happens when I accept invitations from the iPhone Calendar/ Mail programs. It does not happen when I accept on a computer.

calendar invitations not syncing using MBP, iPhone, iPad Pro…when I accept a calendar invite on any of these, the others still show a pending invitation. The event is in the calendar on all devices but the “invitation” still needs to be acknowledged on all devices. I.e. I accept 4 invitations on my iPhone, go to my iPad, the events appear in my calendar but I have 4 notifications within the calendar app I have to acknowledge to clear the unread banner.
