iPhone is stuck in the setup after it requested software update

My phone is stuck in the setup after it requested software update while setting it up. Ive tried the volume up and down and after power and still nothing. Attached a video showing the issue. Can you please help? https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Edv2TBHP85c

Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary software glitches. Turn off your iPhone, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

Restart the device. That's it.

Yes, tried every single of those steps, phone behaves always like on the video - even let the battery end turned it on and still the same :/
