iCloud issue on iPhone 6s with iOS 16

If the question was whether you can upgrade an iPhone 6s to iOS 16 or higher, the answer is that you can't.

If the question was why you can't upgrade an iPhone 6s to iOS 16 or higher, the answer is that it is not compatible.

The title was just an edit of the post, which read "Ios 16 iCloud 6s"
