Does iCloud private relay logs all DNS requests

In my router and Wi-Fi settings in iPhone and mac I set the Cloud-flare DNS , in normal condition all the dns request are going to cloudflare

But when I turned on the Private relay DNS requests are no longer makes through cloudfalre

Does apple Private relay using different DNS provider , if so what is it and is it encrypted , if not does apple logs the all DNS requests ?
