Command–Grave accent (`) stopped working for switching between Outlook, Word, and Excel

I used to be able to toggle between open pages in Outlook, Word, and excel using the Command–Grave accent (`), however recently that combination of keys stopped working. I tried to restore default keyboard commands, but that hasn't worked either. Any suggestions on how to regain this function on my keyboard?
