Why is the barrel roll feature of Apple Pencil Pro not working on my iPad Air M2?

I purchased an iPad Air M2 and an Apple Pencil Pro last month. However, I noticed that the barrel roll (rotation) feature sometimes does not work as expected.

To resolve this, I contacted Apple Support, and both the iPad Air M2 and Apple Pencil Pro were replaced. Unfortunately, the issue persists even with the new devices.

Troubleshooting Steps I’ve Tried:

1. Updated to the latest iPadOS version.

2. Tested in multiple compatible apps (e.g., Apple Notes, Concepts, and Procreate)

3. Checked and enabled all relevant Apple Pencil settings in Settings → Apple Pencil.

4. Unpaired and re-paired the Apple Pencil multiple times.

5. Performed a Reset All Settings on the iPad.
