iPad Pro Basic Template of Page of Lines at 1pt thickness

Pages in iPad Pro doesn’t have a Basic Template of a lines such as seen on a traditional note pad for traditional use with a pen or pencil.

I made one but not sure how to share it with other users who may desired this as well.

Can anyone give me step by step instructions? Such as how to save it? And where to make it available … etc?

I made today 1/6/24, on my iPad Pro/OSI 18/ in Pages App.

How do insert page numbers on pages in iPad Pro 16.6? Very frustrating. When I click on “documents” all i get is the option to include a Password. All I want to do is having pages numbers automatically inserted at bottom of page. Can’t find headers and footers. Google keeps taking me to apple support instructions that don’t apply.
