How to purchase app from Bangladesh?

Why can’t I seem to purchase apps on my iPad from Bangladesh? my payment method keeps getting declined. I tried to pay using a US credit card of my sister but that was declined as well.

The issue is that I didn’t find any billing address of Bangladesh. So i have to add a foreign address to active the Apple id and my iPhone. Now I can’t purchase any software from here from App Store in BDT currency and i didn’t get suggestions for any app of our region. Besides YouTube and other community found me a foreigner and suggest foreign adds and contents. This is much more annoying after purchasing the world’s best smartphone. Can’t buy paid apps from Apple balance I have enough balance to but Minecraft but Apple won’t let me unless I add a credit card but Apple DOESNT support Bangladeshi cards and I’m stuck on region US, this is a waste of my money and I can’t even get it back

I can’t download an app even if I change my country or region and already set up a payment method I am trying to download the afterpay app here in Australia, I changed my country or region and I set up a payment method already. The app showed and I tried to get it unfortunately it says that I should go back to philippines store to make the purchased of the app if I do that I wasn’t able to find the app.

There is no App Store in Bangladesh. Even where there is an App Store available, you would not be allowed to add a payment method that is not the same as your current region.
