Why is my Music app Home not populating?

When I click on home or new in music cursor jumps to albums under library. When clicking on Radio get an error message "there was a temporary problem creating your request.

Music won't let me download The Music app won't let me download like usual (clicking the download from cloud button). The Music app has shown on the Activity window that it's been "Loading Cloud Music Library" for like a year now. Something is bugged. Help?

No search output in itunes store from apple music app from apple music app, when I search for a song/album in tunes store, no results show. Below is the screenshot.
