Apple Loops missing in Logic Pro X and GarageBand

Apple Loops aren't showing up in GarageBand either, I've tried restarting my computer, resetting key preferences, reindexing, reinstalling the sound library, reinstalling logic, etc. but nothing seems to be working. It's highly frustrating and any help would be greatly appreciated.

GarageBand Cycle keeps randomly skipping back to the beginning of the loop I chose a section to loop in GB and it keeps randomly skipping back to the beginning without finishing the loop. It's happening on all projects. It just started doing that today. I restarted my Mac. I turned the Cycle on and off. I tried different regions and the issue remains.

GarageBand audio duplicating and repeating after recording is stopped Create new track (opt/cmd/N), record - audio track appears normal as it records, hit spacebar to stop and audio file duplicates itself after the play head. This is a new problem on previously fully functioning project. I can still record but have to select/delete the duplicate files after. Have uninstalled and re-installed GB a few times but this has not resolved the problem. Can anyone help? Thanks. Martin

I am using GarageBand 10.4.6. Under the loop section I am only able to access some of the green loops and none of the blue loops. The display on the top right shows I have hundreds of loops, but few can be accessed. I am using GarageBand 10.4.6.
