Vibration for incoming calls does not match my settings

I have set the vibration for incoming calls to "Symphony", however the vibration is a simple series of short vibrations which do not match the preview in the settings. Even if I change it to a different preset, the same pattern persist.

How do I make the vibration match the settings?

My iPhone is on iOS 18.1.1 and vibrations work as intended in general, it is just the pattern that does not match what I chose in the settings.
