iPhone silencing incoming calls
My phone silences calls and I don’t even know I am getting a call

1- If DND ‘Do Not Disturb (DND) Mode’is enabled, it silences calls from anyone not on your Favorites list
2- Silence Unknown Callers: This feature, found in Settings > Phone, silences calls from numbers not in your contacts
3- Silent Mode :The physical silent switch on the side of the iPhone can mute incoming calls
4- Focus Mode: If a Focus mode (like Work or Personal) is active, it can silence calls
5- Network Issues: Poor signal strength or network issues can sometimes cause calls to be missed or silenced
