iTunes crashing after upgrading to Windows 11

Making a long story longer, my iTunes have been working fantastically until I upgraded to a newer window 11 version. End result, iTunes crashed. I attempted to reinstall it but failed. Got sick of the new windows flaws and reverted to the original windows 11. End result, iTunes has been already fried. I tried to uninstall it but failed. I tried to manually delete and clean up the fragmentation of iTunes, and now, though nothing shows installed, I attempted to install iTunes from the windows store... failing. Now, every time I try to install iTunes, it says that it is already installed by iTunes from the windows store. Installing from the windows store iTunes, it tells me that it is there, and it has to be uninstalled from the program's app, but it doesn't show up as a program.

A little help would be very appricated.

I finally repaired the issue. It wasn't exactly uninstalled, but it also wasn't exactly installed. Windows didn't have it as an app, so it couldn't be uninstalled. I did use CCleaner on it and cleaned up everything I could. I tried to install the Windows store iTunes on it and it failed... again. So, I tried to install the one I downloaded from Apple, and it worked. My iTunes is back to normal. I only found out about this possible fix from copilot. I was getting desperate. I didn't want to go through a full install of windows again.

Thank you everyone.
