I’m planning to Buy Iphone 16 pro max with 2 physical sim

I’m planning to Buy Iphone 15 and 16 pro max with 2 physical sim here in saudi arabia from online Noon.com but i have seen the 16 pro max with 2 physical sim has no facetime.

may i know why?

is there any way to get the facetime if i moved to india region?

also i want to know if i move back to india with this 2 physical sim iphone 15 & 16 pro max will there be any challenges while using it ??
