All of a sudden all my timers on my iWatch have a yellow pin in them and I am unable to unpin them. Sometimes they are white but most are yellow. I went to bottom and clicked on edit but nothing is working. I followed all instructions I could find but nothing is working. Very annoying. All online instructions do not work and it appears many people have the same problem.

Am no expert in this area, yet your question deserves some response.
Seems in WatchOS 11 there are now 8 fixed timers (at the top) that can not be edited or deleted.
The custom timers, if any, that you can add below them can be edited, or deleted as you decide.

if something is not working as expected, if you haven't already, you could try restarting your watch:
