Nope. Apple will not get involved and if you didn't have Find My enabled on the phone before it was lost, there is no way to track it. You should at least contact your carrier and ask them to Blacklist the phone so it can't be used as a phone. If you didn't use a passcode on the phone, all of your data is vulnerable, so you should be changing passwords to your accounts.

Apple does not get involved in lost or stolen phones.

Without FindMy turned on, all you can do is physically look for it.
