Raise to Speak on my Apple Watch 10 stopped working after the watchOS 11.2 update

I just updated watch 10 software to 11.2 and raise to speak just stopped working. Tried everything to troubleshoot, re-enabling it, rebooting, erasing data on watch and setting it up again. Nothing helped. Anyone else has the same issue with new 11.2?

Update on my previous post of raise to talk not working. I was playing around with the watch today and wondered if having the always on turn off might have something to do with it. So I turned it on and like magic raise to talk now works. Who would have thought. I had raise to wake on didn't know that I also needed the always on on also. Hope this helps someone else.

I just purchased a new series 10 watch and have had it about two weeks now. It is running os 11.2 and my iphone 14 pro is running 18.2 and nothing I have done has gotten raise to speak to work. It recognizes when I say Siri but that is it. I see in youtube videos where people raise their watches and start speaking, but not mine. I don't want to have to say Siri . Please get us a fix.
