I recently reached “level 3” with over 500 points in the Forum (apple discussions).
However, today i see “level 3 - 0 points”
Has there been a “2025 Bug” at the turn to the new year that i’m not aware of?

Hello~ When someone who upvotes your response is not signed into the forum no points are rewarded. I have had this happen as well. The issue here was a glitch in the system which knocked some users back to zero but has now been corrected. I see you have 793 points now… is that correct? The advice I can offer is keep on doing your best here and I am sure you have helped many more people than you think you have. Thank you for all you do!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
