Location not available issue in Apple Home after adding a family member

Hi, I’m currently having problems with my home automations since I added a family member for a short time. Right after he joined, my girlfriend couldn’t see my location anymore. Right under my name it says “location not available”

we removed him immediately but the issue stays.

We also rebooted all devices, tried another iPhone and so one. No fix at the moment. We already contacted apple via phone, but after 2h there is still no fix and they told me to install some profiles to gather logs and file a bug report. Unfortunately I’m currently not at home. So that needs to wait.

The thing that’s interesting is, that it must be somehow connected to the Apple ID from the family member, because in his home it’s the same behavior and right after he joined my home, I’m also getting the issue.

We tried that to get his home working again, but now I’m also fighting 🤣

We also deleted his home and added all accessories again. That was really time consuming.

We tried everything with apple, joining, removing people from homes etc.

It was working fine for years without interruption.

I already tried all the suggested fix in the other threads.

I found a Reddit thread where the creator had similar issues with his wife’s phone, but after getting a new one the issue was gone.

Maybe somebody has a fix for that.
