Block Adult Content in “Search and Lookup”

Sadly, there are numerous p*rnographic images that can be found on the homepage search when “Show Related Content” is toggled on. There is no way to turn “show related content” off with a passcode because it is not under Screen Time settings. Even the strictest of settings in Screen Time one can do (disable Siri, disable Safari, set a strict Downtime, “Only Approved Websites”, etc.) does not fix the issue & there are still p*rnographic images to be seen by searching keywords or even accidentally.

Moving one simple button found under Settings through “Search” -> “Search and Lookup” -> “Show Related Content” under “Screen Time” would fix everything, so I have asked Apple to please do this. Are there any other ideas or tips?
