Stop the Music App from rearranging your library and creating albums and splitting tracks and supplying random cover art. Just leave things as I put them.

Remove Album from Library but not delete its songs on Playlists? I use my Library as a way to save albums that I want to listen to; then I listen to them, decide which tracks to add to my playlists; then I delete the album from my Library. Other apps like Spotify and Tidal allow you to do this without removing the tracks from the playlist but Apple Music doesnt. If I delete an album from my Library it deletes all of its tracks from my playlists (and I've unchecked the box for adding tracks to my library when I add them to a playlist). Any solutions?

Apple Music downloading songs in playlist and in corresponding album Whenever I download a playlist, some of the songs on that playlist are also located on albums I've added to my library. When I want to see my downloaded content, some of the songs appear both on the downloaded playlist and ALSO as part of the corresponding album (as if I had downloaded the album with just one song on it.) This is very annoying, particularly when listening offline, since it creates a management mess. Is there a way to stop this? I turned off "Add Playlist Songs" and it seems to only affect the adding of new albums from playlist songs, but this problem appears to be related to songs that are on albums already on my library

How to delete a U2 album HELP! I have tried for YEARS to remove a U2 album from my Library. I follow the "apple" help instructions and it only "hides" the album. The darn thing shows up again in a few hours and I try to delete it again!. I have tried to delete the album song by song and that does not work. I was able to see all my "hidden" songs and albums and all the others stay HIDDEN. U2 seems to just come back to life. Very frustrating. Why can't APPLE just put a DELETE FOREVER button on the account screen and allow it users to delete songs they no longer want. I wanted to purchase just one U2 song and clicked the entire album by accident (in 2018) and it keeps haunting me. Most of the songs are quite depressing.....
