If it is a USB-PD (USB Power Delivery) charger, then yes, it is safe.

That kind of chargers doesn't “push” power; it just supplies the power “drawn” by the device.

Yes, batteries and charging circuits draw only what they need. In the case of an iPhone 16 Pro, it’s about 30 watts.

It won't hurt to charge the iPhone with a 135 Watt power adapter, but it also won't help.
