iPad Pro unable to turn on after IOS18.2 UPDATE

After updating my iPad Pro to iOS 18.2, it immediately became unresponsive and won’t turn on. The screen remains black even after being plugged into a charger for several hours. I’ve attempted troubleshooting steps without success.

Since this issue is not covered by Apple’s warranty, I’m concerned about potential repair charges, especially as this problem is not due to user error.

Can anyone advise?

Thank you! it’s IPAD PRO (6TH GEN)

Pressed all the mentioned buttons but still nothing happened. Will connect with apple support for further assistance.

It would probably help if you provided your iPad Pro model, especially because it came out that iOS 18 „bricked“ some iPad Pros with Apple M4 SoC. Yet, a force restart might solve the problem too: Press and release the Volume Up button, press and release the Volume Down button, then press and hold the Top button until the Apple logo appears. Also, if you have a very old model, it might have the battery drained to death, yet, I don’t consider this very likely.
