I'm unable to sync my iPhone with iTunes

iTunes on my Windows 11 PC will not display devices or allow synching to my iPhone 13 Pro.

How can I fix this?

iTunes does not sync I can not sync my iPhone to my iTunes. When I try, it goes to 'preparing to sync' then 'waiting for changes to be applied' but nothing happens. I have done this on separate computers and separate phones. I am using an iPhone 14 and Windows 11.
