Can someone please help me get downloaded apple podcasts onto my mp3 swim headphones??

None of the previous answers has helped me figure out how to do this - get downloaded podcasts from my MacBook Air to the headphones. The directions with the headphones don't help at all, don't seem to apply to the current hardware or software. I can't find the downloads anywhere on the laptop other than in the Podcast app, which does not let me click and drag. Please help!
