Charging pattern with Iphone

i’ve been using 13 Pro which i use to charge it up to hundred percent. However, my battery health in three years of usage has dropped to 74%. now I have got another 16 Pro and I want to understand if I should be charging hundred% at one go or limited to 80% only.
