Please help- there is a weird glitched ghost emoji on my phone and it won't go away.. I reset emojis and everything but he won't leave IM SCARED PLS HELP ME

You Can’t. Recommending Emojis be Selected:
Apple is not the creator if these emojis. So, rather than recommending this deletion through Apple Support Communities(where every is just a user, and not an Apple associate), you need to make a proposal for one to The Unicode Consortium. Go Here: Submitting Emoji Proposals - Unicode. That is your only option.
