What should I do if my new iPad has blue marks?

So I literally just got my IPad, I usually never had it darkened or anything so I never noticed anything wrong with the display but I decided to shut it down and there were tiny blue marks on it. I decided to inspect it closer and make everything dark along with emails and messages and it is still there. So I looked up a black screen on YouTube and it was extremely noticeable. I did some research and it might be pressure marks? Is there a way to get rid of these, I have a 9th generation IPad and I literally got it 3 days ago. I truly don’t feel like spending more money on a new one! Please please help!
