How can I fix dimmed songs in my Apple Music library?

This album in my library has one dimmed song. What does that mean? How do I fix it? How do I find all the songs in this odd state? How do I prevent Music from allowing songs to enter this state? Music will play it when I double click from the Finder. I have had this album in my Library for over 10 years, and I do not know what to do. Thank you.
