When selecting google chrome on apple store , after installing and clicking open , nothing will happen and the application won't be opened .

Have you tried restarting your iPhone? If that doesn't help, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Google Chrome is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Google Chrome Help - Google Support
Do you have WiFi connection when you try to launch Chrome?
That would be an issue probably best taken up with Google support, then, unless you're having similar problems with other non-Google apps.
