iPhone stuck in updating mode

I just updated my Iphone 11 to IOS 18 and now I cannot get my I phone out of the updating mode. After a day of updating, I did a reboot to restart phone, but it just started the updating processing all over again. 

I need my phone…does anyone knows how to this?
