Apple Home not visible for partner

Recently moved to a new router and set up the network again. Have got everything up and running BUT, whilst our home is working fine on my Phone, iPad and Mac, it’s vanished completely for my partner. They’re still showing as an admin in the Home Settings but I can’t remove or re-add them to the home. Very frustrating. Using an Apple TV 4K as the Home Hub and it’s integrating perfectly with our Hue Hub and Hive heating and HomePods and HomePod Minis. Indeed, it’s never worked better BUT, it’s not visible to my husband who’s an admin!
