MIDI input on Logic Pro for iPad

I’m looking into using Logic Pro for iPad, but not sure it can do what I’m needing. I’ve looked at the manual some, but not finding an answer, and hoping someone can answer this question:

I have a Bluetooth midi instrument that sends midi notes on a few different tracks, and I want the midi notes to be played on different instruments. I’ve been doing this in music studio for iPad. For example the notes coming in on midi channel 1 will play the instrument on track 1, the notes coming in on midi channel 2 will play on track 2, etc. Again, this midi data is all coming from one midi instrument. But in Logic Pro, I can only see how to map 1 Bluetooth midi device to one track. I’m needing the midi in to be played on which ever track it comes in with. Can Logic Pro do this? If so, can someone please explain how to set it up

thanks.
