I’ve subscribed to Apple Music 1-year plan last week. Now I want to take Apple One subscription. Will the Apple Music subscription fees be adjusted in Apple One monthly fees?

Yes. See Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One - Apple Support. It states:
If you already subscribe to Apple Music, Apple News+, Apple Arcade or Apple TV+, you don't need to cancel those subscriptions. They will be cancelled automatically when you're billed for Apple One.
