Restoring my Mac mini with error "The System cannot be restored on this device"

Hello, sorry for the English, I'm using google translator to see if the community can help me.

I was going to sell my mac mini m4, when I wanted to remove it from my apple account, I accidentally hit delete "I don't know if that's what this option is called in English", it asked me for my username and password and my mac mini restarted and now it's with a blinking amber light.

I've tried to use "Apple Configurator" with the Revive option and also the Restore option but I keep getting this message.

I've seen in some forums that it has to do with the cable, I don't have an original apple usb c cable, so I've seen that it may be the error.

But I wanted to see if you can help me, I can't take it to a genius bar because in my country it doesn't exist and I want to try to fix it on my own.

Finally, I'm trying to restore my mac mini connected by usb c to a macbook air m3, thank you very much if you can help me.
